No physical product will be shipped, unless specifically stated in your order (e.g. a free resistance band).
If your offer includes a free resistance band, it will be shipped to the mailing address you provided within 7 to 15 business days, depending on your country of residence.
You have 14 days from the date of purchase to request a refund, only if you meet the following conditions:

You must have purchased the Nutrition add-on (upsell), which is an essential part of the full transformation process.
⚠️ However, only the main program will be refunded. The nutrition portion is non-refundable.
