Once your payment is confirmed, you’ll instantly receive an email with your login details and full access to the platform (videos, PDF files, bonuses, etc.).

No physical product will be shipped, unless specifically stated in your order (e.g. a free resistance band).

If your offer includes a free resistance band, it will be shipped to the mailing address you provided within 7 to 15 business days, depending on your country of residence.

You have 14 days from the date of purchase to request a refund, only if you meet the following conditions:

• You must have genuinely followed the main training program and be able to provide proof of participation (such as before/after photos or progress evidence).

• You must have purchased the Nutrition add-on (upsell), which is an essential part of the full transformation process.
  ⚠️ However, only the main program will be refunded. The nutrition portion is non-refundable.

🛑 We do not offer refunds to customers who haven’t followed the program or who didn’t purchase the nutrition component.
